Poke Bros., a fast casual restaurant franchise specializing in Hawaiian poké bowls, is opening its 78th store location — and its first in Northern Virginia — at Lorton Marketplace Nov. 4.

Founded seven years ago in Columbus, Ohio, the restaurant chain has an assembly line-style of service in which customers request specific ingredients to build their own poké bowl, including cubed uncooked fish, shrimp or chicken, fresh-cut vegetables and traditional flavorings on a bed of steamed rice. A vegetarian option is also available. The eatery also serves spicy kani salad, seaweed salad and Mochi ice cream.

The new Poke Bros. features assembly line-style service.

The new restaurant is opening in the former C2 Education space between Vivian’s Nail Spa and Tropical Smoothie. Besides offering in-store dining, Poke Bros. will provide delivery service via DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats, according to a store employee.

Poke Bros. is located at 9453 Lorton Market Street and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
