Invasives Removal Volunteer Day

We are looking for adults, teenagers, scouts, naturalists, nature enthusiasts, friends of River Farm, ages 13+ to help us with routine maintenance of cutting off invasive vines from trees and roots.

Meet Jack in front of the Volunteer office (Carriage House on the left, passed the garage on the walk up from the parking area) by 9:00 AM.

Attire: All volunteers must wear close-toed shoes, long sleeves, and pants. As always, "dress for a mess" and don't wear your favorite clothes.

Supplies: We will provide all necessary tools, we have a limited number of gloves, if you have a pair of your own please bring them. Volunteers should also bring their own bottles of water to drink (we have a water fountain in the kitchen to refill it), but we will also have extra water bottles.
